How do I make it?

Tear open a sachet. Pour the concentrate into a glass of ice, a mug of hot water, or straight into milk. That's it.

Ratio: one sachet to 120ml of milk or water. Adjust to taste.

What is the shelf life? 

8 months from the date of manufacture, unopened. No refrigeration needed. Once you tear it open, use it immediately. It's a single-serve sachet, so there's nothing to store once it's open.

Can I travel with the Coffee Concentrate?

Yes, that's rather the point. The sachet is shelf-stable, fits in a pocket, and needs no refrigeration. Put it in your bag, your jacket pocket, your desk drawer. It doesn't care.

What is the difference between Filter and Reserve? 

Filter: 80% coffee, 20% chicory. Bold, roasty flavour. If you grew up on South Indian filter coffee or like your coffee strong and rich with milk, start here. Reserve: 100% coffee, no chicory. Balanced and smooth. Better black or iced, and a higher caffeine content per sachet.
