Reach out to us at support@zenmacoffee.com, and we'll arrange for a replacement or provide a 100% refund back to your account. Please include the following details in your email:
- Your name and the date of purchase
- Items you'd like to replace or get a refund for
- The reason for the return

- For refunds, please send back all coffee packs.
- Once notified, refunds will be initiated within 5 days. The time it takes for the money to appear in your account depends on your bank's clearing cycle.
