How will you ship them if they're frozen?

Firstly, we don't know why people say 'ship', since we don't use any. But to answer your question — we currently deliver in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune, with ice packs or dry ice. Pop them in the freezer pronto when they land on your doorstep.

What are the pods made of? Are they safe? 

Our pods are made from high-quality, food-grade recyclable plastic designed to withstand very high temperatures without breaking down. They've been rigorously tested for safety. We only sell what we trust and use ourselves.

How do you freeze the shot? 

Zenma shots are flash-frozen, locking in all the fresh flavours and aromas at their peak.

What is the shelf life?

12 months in your freezer. These pods are not to be kept anywhere else.

Can I travel with the frozen shots?

Yes, as long as you keep them at the right temperature. They stay freshest when frozen, but can last up to 3 days at 4°C and about an hour at room temperature. If they melt, just pop them back in the freezer.
